Public Charter Schools of New Mexico is partnering with The Grant Plant to offer a free in-person training designed for charter school personnel responsible for grant writing, including administrators, educators, and support staff. Led by Aly Sanchez, Director of Strategy and Organizational Learning, this workshop will cover key elements of successful grant seeking—including prospecting, screening, and the foundations of grant writing.

Participants will walk away with tools and strategies to:

• Improve grant readiness and long-term fundability

• Use free and low-cost resources to identify funding opportunities

• Evaluate and screen grants for best fit

• Understand core components of a compelling grant proposal—from narratives to budgets
